Most return shipping expenses are covered by us, except in situations where the buyer wishes to return antiques, then the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses related to antiques.
We thoroughly verify and examine each valuable prior to shipment to avoid any discrepancies with the listing description, ensuring that the buyer receives exactly what was stated. However, some buyers may have a change of heart and wish to return their purchase. According to international law, all antique items over 100 years old must obtain an export permit. Therefore, buyers returning antiques purchased from us are responsible for the expenses associated with obtaining export permits in their country. And due to the high shipping costs of heavy items, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of antique valuables.
